MNK Solve, a brand of Mnk Solutions Inc., provides management consulting, strategic advisory, operational improvement, digital transformation, and related professional services to businesses and organizations. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each consulting engagement are defined in a separate Consulting Agreement executed between Mnk Solutions Inc. and the client. These Terms of Service govern general website use and the overarching relationship, while specific engagement terms are defined in individual agreements.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to transmit harmful software, engage in unauthorized data collection, interfere with site operations, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without notice for violations of these terms.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and underlying software, is the property of Mnk Solutions Inc. unless otherwise indicated. Clients engaging MNK Solve consulting services agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement, make key personnel available for meetings and interviews, provide timely feedback on deliverables, and cooperate in good faith throughout the engagement. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and sustaining improvements after the engagement concludes, unless ongoing support is specifically included in the scope of work.
Payment terms are specified in each Consulting Agreement. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the agreement. Mnk Solutions Inc. reserves the right to pause work on engagements that are more than 30 days past due until payment is received.
Cancellation of a consulting engagement requires written notice as specified in the Consulting Agreement. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the work already completed. Rescheduling of meetings or workshops requires at least 48 hours notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mnk Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or consulting services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mnk Solutions Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kitchener, Ontario.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
